Looks basic, decent text, great examples

The cover is horrible. I could make this in PowerPoint in about 5 minutes. That said, the text is pretty complete and clear to read. I found that the author uses exactly the right amount of words to get the point across. In other words, you won't waste a lot of time. The subjects covered range from basic macro/micro econ, to complex power trading in grids with diverse suppliers. The examples in the book really stood out to me. They are very clearly explained and cover the ground nicely.
